Allow us to offer support to staff at your next wellness, corporate gathering, or celebration. Especially helpful for opportunities where individuals may need support strengthening skills for resilience, increased self-care practices, and conflict-resolution.
SoundSelf is a light & sound immersion tool that enables the user to practice shadow work integration through play. It consists of the participant lying on a Vibra acoustic mat wearing LED glasses, and vocal responsive layered symphonics, as a real-time biofeedback experience game that the user is in charge of. The voice-led responsive harmonics is what guides the user through the multisensory lucid waking experience, offred with pre-and post guidancel. SoundSelf is not recommended for those with history of seizures or extreme light sensitivity.
This vocalization is a sovereignty empowerment tool allowing the user to be in control of the game element, and create their own immersive experience through use of the voice. Even a few sessions can create neural pathways and increased nervous system regulation in times of stress through the skill of using the voice to regulate. (It is recommended to receive 6 sessions to strengthen the skill).
