Sound self is a light & sound immersion tool that enables the user to practice shadow work integration through play. It consists of the participant lying on a Vibra acoustic mat and wearing LED glasses (with eyes closed) and vocal responsive layered symphonics. The vocalization responsive symphonics is what guides the user through the deeply relaxing lucid waking experience.
This vocalization is a sovereignty empowerment tool allowing the user to be in control of the game element, and create their own immersive experience through use of the voice.
